While some will complain that this is dumbing down Eve, I think this has been to difficult for even veterans to understand. I laugh every time someone encourages a new bro to add transverse velocity to their overview... I think this is a great idea.

Confirming that warp scramblers of all types do not stop warp or MWDs. Use does evoke a PvP Log Off timer on the target and aggressor as well as a Weapons Timer on the aggressor. Warp disruptors are unaffected. Bug report submitted. Robbert
